As a Colorado native, Ted has been a Southwest artist for 30 years specializing in impressionistic figure study and enjoying the world of pencil drawing.  Ted continues to develop a stylized technique which is evident in the faces which he creates.  His use of subtle treatment in textures is present throughout all his works. 

Ted has been associated with Paul Pletka and continues a close friendship with Mark Rohrig.

Ted’s works of art have been predominately displayed in Western Colorado galleries and in national art magazines, e.g. Western Art Collectors and Southwest Art.
